RETURN POLICY

We offer a fourteen-day no-quibble return policy on all collectibles we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us, you MUST return it with all ORIGINAL PACKAGING and all PAPERWORK for exchange or refund (minus return shipping costs unless the item is defective) within 14 days after you have received your order. If the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and PAPERWORK are NOT INCLUDED, we will be unable to issue the refund or store credit. If you receive a defective item, we will reimburse you for return shipping costs up to $7.50 for exchange). Please send an e-mail (info@sweetbyeandbye.com) to notify us that you are returning an item. We recommend that any item returned be sent by Priority mail with insurance, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage of items returned.
